I must admit that I am skeptical about any supplement or treatment that makes dubious claims about it's effectiveness. That being said, I have seen a couple of subtle but noticeable changes in my appearance since taking this supplement for two weeks. Firstly, I came down with shingles a couple of weeks before I started taking this. I noticed that the shingles healed much more quickly than was expected. Secondly, I noticed a subtle darkening of my eyebrows, which had mostly turned white. The lower part of the eyebrows are definitely showing a darkening trend. Thirdly, I noticed a reduction in abdominal body fat.All of these results could have been due to other factors, but for now I am convinced that these supplements are truly having a positive effect, and will continue to use them. They take a while to absorb, but the taste is pleasant and one gets used to the daily process. I highly recommend that one at least tries them to see if they have positive results. I think that they are truly working for me.

I heard about nmn and researched it. I even asked Dr. Eric Berg on one of his live shows. He said nmn is a good supplement to use.I tried another one for a month without noticing results.I have been using this one for about two weeks. I notice a nice energy, heightened mood, clearer thinking and I feel more affectionate.I am an esthetician and am really surprised at my skin. I had an actinic keratosis (raised bumpy age spot) on my cheek for years. I have done acid peels on it, dermaplaned it. Nothing helped. 3 days after starting this supplement it started turning bright red. Within a week, it had fallen off. Skin around my back and shoulders has also sloughed off spots. That’s really incredible to me!

I bought this product because I had read some articles in the NIH Library about the benefits of NMN and Resveratrol to maintain cellular integrity and fight inflammation. (One can only eat so many avocados / broccoli or so much red wine to get the same effect). When it came time to reorder, I made the mistake of ordering a 'similar' product with a fancy label and gold lid, and paid a price for my inattention. That product did not contain the desired resveratrol, required ingestion of 2 large capsules / day for only 500mg dose, far less than the one I bought previously. In contrast, the Ascuoli product, which says it is made in the UK, contains both NMN and resveratrol, 900mg in one very pleasant tasting caplet. It slowly dissolves so you know that it's breaking down to get into the blood stream. A bonus is that Ascuoli also put another anti-inflammatory ingredient in with it, Black Pepper Extract. For so many reasons, I like this product and will make this a regular purchase.

I like this resveratrol and NMN supplement. Since resveratrol is lipid-soluble, not water-soluble, the delivery has been difficult because you have to take it with 20 grams of fat. I used to take my resveratrol with pure coconut yogurt, but didn't always have it in my refrigerator or stocked locally at my super market. With this sublingual, you don't have to worry about mixing with fat because sublingual delivery bypasses the stomach. So much easier for travel or situations when convenience matters. The flavor and size is good. It gives me energy.

I feel an appreciable difference mentally with more focus for certain. My aches & pain’s diminished a bit as well. So far so good.The downside is these take a long time to dissolve (15 mins), and irritate the sublingual space. These have a rough, sharp texture as they dissolve.Would be nice if they could make the dissolving experience smoother.

I'm very pleased with this Ascuoli NMN product. The taste is pleasant and enjoyable to dissolve in the mouth. I take one first thing in the morning and feel it does help improve my energy level for the day. Willpurchase again!

I have no idea if this stuff works… Pill doesn’t taste bad, actually kind of sweet

I have tried quit a few brands of mnm. This was one of my favorites. The lozenges dissolve much better then a few others. It was competitively priced especially considering the resveritrol was included.

Can’t attest for the product quality only that it does taste sweet. There is no way to tell its content, you just need to take their words on it. Doing some research on the brand Ascuoli. The trademark is owned by SHENZHEN LESHIJIA TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD who sells NMN Star which in independent testing show little presence of NMN.I have been taking it for two weeks and it’s certainly not enough to notice effects from NMN or even placebo. I will buy some expensive and certified by independents organisations on NMN and it I do feel any effects in two weeks of consuming, I’ll report here.

Before trying this I took another brand of NMN 250mg per day and felt great. I tried this brand as I was reading about the benefits of NMN and Resveratrol. I felt perfect before taking. I noticed while taking the lozenge that it was very sweet, over powering. Within a few minutes I felt brain fog coming on and then developed a migraine. Doesn’t suit me at all. I will go back to the other brand. I can’t take this one.

I love that it's sublingual, easy to take!I take it has a healthy, anti-cancer supplement, and also just to keep healthy!
