Great laptop. Lightweight, solid battery life, good screen and excellent processing power. I use heavy duty simulations in MATLAB, and this laptop makes it run like a breeze.

It works if you know what you are doing otherwise leave it for the professionals to fix/configure. Thanks for all the memories.

Decent laptop, would expect better build quality for the price. Touchpad is decent but not amazing. Occasional coil whine drives home the fact that it is second tier quality for first tier dollar. Works well with Ubuntu 17. Processor is fantastic. Keyboard is fine but doesn't have the chunk of a macbook. Webcam is in an inconvenient place. Display is fantastic. Fingerprint reader is unsupported for Linux. Battery is great.

This is a very nice laptop. The only problem with this laptop, and the only problem, is the coil whine. The coil whine depends on the laptop you get, so it's a shot in the dark. For me I don't hear it very often, only during high stress. I found that if the computer is plugged in and charging it makes it more quiet. To give you an idea of the sound I cannot hear it while watching Netflix.Now for the good. The laptop itself is beautiful. The infinity edge display is amazing. There is literally no space wasted on this laptop. The speeds are crazy too, and the touch pad is very responsive. The back-lit keyboard is beautifully done. I found that the keyboard is the perfect size for my hands. The battery life lasts me all day usually, as long as its web browsing or word. I would say 10 hours easily.I use this laptop for college, primarily for taking notes. The size of this laptop is great and is very light weight. If you are on the fence about buying this laptop I would suggest it. Even with the coil whine, which I rarely experience, its not a big enough problem to look away from this computer.

Fast, light weight, great battery life. Great little laptop at almost the size of a tablet.Would definitely recommend.

I expected a properly functioning laptop. I feel like they sent me a laptop that was already found to be malfunctioning. I charge my laptop for the first time. Upon discharging it goes directly from 75ish to 7 percent. WTF. Charges to 100 instantly but the same thing happens on discharging. I check BIOS, it says battery needs to be replaced. And now when i start it says enter bitlocker recovery key. I look at instructions online, it says the key should be in your microsoft account. The problem is i don't remember creating a microsoft account, i.e. i didn't do the operating system setup, i.e. it was already done before it shipped here. This is not fair. How can you send me a used unit. I want an exchange.

Great laptop. Looked at Asus and HP and settled on this and completely pleased. Very fast and great battery life. Why go with a refurbed 9360 when you can get this with all the bells and whistles.
