The sliders work well for my class

The classes and clients love to hate these. Challenging exercises. Are good on the wood floors in the gymnasium, but not on the rubber floor in the actual gym. Totally happy with purchase.

I've purchased these core sliders in the past from this same company and they were great. Just purchased the bulk pack for my group training workouts, and the discs on the foam side were slippery on the feet and did not do the motion as it should have. Not sure what happened between my purchase months ago and now, but seems the quality has gone down. They don't work like they should. 3 stars opposed to 1 star for the bulk price being good and the Seller, Iron Core Fitness, being attentive and proactive toward good customer service.

These sliders do not slide! We’ve tried breaking them in but they just don’t move smoothly and are to difficult to use.

Doesn’t work on Marley flooring, so it doesn’t work for my dance studio.

Perfect amount for a small group fitness class. Nice size and vibrant color!
