*Update* - the product continues to rip. HOWEVER - the seller made things right and sent us a brand new liner at no cost to us. Great customer service but I would not recommend this liner.We ordered this product in March and just set up our pool & installed the liner this weekend (end of June). We just began filling the pool with water and the liner started tearing away from the j-hooks. Unfortunately we are past the Return/Refund/Exchange Window. I have messaged the seller and we will see how they respond. Stay tuned....

So 24’ round pool going on our third liner in 22 years but wait oh no it’s a manufacturer defectDamm oh no now what I’ve never had this happen beforeSo through Amazon I contacted the seller they got back to me real quick and gave me two options1 they would refund me my money or2 they would replace itI chose to replace it and I think the other new one showed up quicker than the first oneIt’s very good quality and the company was great to work with I would buy another from the company at the drop of a hat

Put the liner in and two days later there is 4 spots the liner is pulled away from the beaded part waiting to see what the company does will update when I hear backCompany offered a new liner or a full refund without any hassle can not complain about the customer service

After the installer bailed on the job to replace our liner, I sent back the overlap liner he had ordered, and ordered this Unibead liner. Very good quality, and easy install (of course, my wife and I have had experience replacing liners before, and my grandson was a lot of help, too). Looks great, and with the thickness, seems like it will last a very long time. No cons, other than this can be a bit much for a novice doing it yourself. I would highly recommend this liner to anybody looking to replace their older, possibly damaged liner.

Bought this liner, and paid to have it professionally installed. Filled with water and chemicals and the liner split in four different places. We didn’t even get to use it. Now we have to start over again.Manufacturer only agreed to pay us back for the liner. Sadly the rest is on us. Shame on them as I have seen 7 other reviews in the last month from their liners doing the same.

Only reason we had to replace ours was because we had to drain the pool a little because of freeze and had hail, so the hail perforated our previous one. Great value for great price (wish it was the 1st purchase price, but inflation...).
