This is a great classic to add to your at home library. I love Grover and Sesame Street, and my daughter loves when I read in Grover’s voice. But be warned, it’s a pretty scary book because it is about a monster… and he’s there at the end, just like the title says… but what kind of monster?? You will have to read the book to find out.

This book was one of my son's favorites. We read it every day! I still have it to read for any grandchildren I may have one day. Won't give it up. I bought this one for my friends' grandchild.

My kids always loved this book. This is the same quality that I remember find in stores back in the day. Happy to have it.

This is my favorite kids book and I buy it for every kid I know. The joke may not be fully realized until the kid is around 3 or 4. You have to really commit to performing the words, like hoot and holler and point emphatically. It’s a classic.

Still one of my favorite books from my childhood. Now I get to read it to my 5y/o daughter while doing my best Grover impression!!
