This is a thin film that helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles. To brighten and even skin tone?
This serum works as well as others as advertised. I haven't seen a reduction of dark pigmentation, but to be fair, I never get help from any of the products that are supposed to do that. My dark spots are very intense. Too much sun for a photosensitive issue with medications, and too many full days, for many years, baking out in the sun despite doctor's warnings. I am used to thicker serums with more moisture (and some stickiness that, thank goodness this one doesn't have). I like to add as much of the second layer of humidity as needed for that particular set of products or whatever my skin seems to need whenever I start fresh in the morning and use different (new, old) products in tandem. I mix and match in cases where I do not have a full or part of a particular skincare line. I like those that work together, but this one is special, being a brightener. I am wearing this today (Mother's Day) out to dinner and as a brightening moisturizer. Last month I experimented with a self-tanner that is supposed to be a cut above. There are none that I know of that create a golden glow without darkening sun/age spots and create a leathery look./ That is why I am seeking refuge from this product. I will continue to use it for a while. Right now, it is looking better for me. My skin is looking younger already. This product goes on a bit thin and watery after cleansing. My cleanser is a no-suds cream that is non-greasy and moisture-imparting. This serum soaked right in as I applied it. It isn't affecting my moisturizer, which is helping aid my dry and wrinkling skin (especially around the crow's feet and upper cheek area, where I have always had many characteristics).I am ready for foundation. Yesterday this worked very well. My cream coverage SPF foundation worked perfectly; not too greasy! I am also putting on extra moisture via an eye gel recommended for the upper cheek and forehead areas.Alternately I've used a face oil instead of either serums or moisturizers. At the same time, I am using the eye gel, in any case. This product is a lovely serum. There is not too much or too little of anything today. Mix and match with your other products and experiment for the right combo. Or I suggest looking for another Easydew product. This one has so much! Vitamins and more! Anti-aging! Worth the money!Enjoy!

Nice serum, but the cap on the bottle I received couldn't easily be turned to allow mixing...
I have several Easydew products featuring the patented epidermal growth factor (DW-EGF) from Daewoong Pharmaceuticals and they have been very effective for my dry, dehydrated skin. This serum seemed as if it would be excellent as well and I liked the idea of mixing the contents before use. However, I found mixing them to be a PITA. I chose the Vitamin C version of this serum, and I could see the creamy, light yellow ampoule portion in the upper part of the bottle, but I just wasn't able to get it to mix properly with the base. I turned the entire cap/collar to the left, as directed, but it didn't move at all. So, I thought I didn't understand properly, and I tried the smaller part of the cap that holds the dropper. But, of course, that just allowed me to remove the dropper. I finally gave up and tasked my husband to try. I don't think I'm particularly weak or wimpy, so I was glad to see that it wasn't just me, and He had a hard time with it, too. I'm guessing I received a bottle with a defective cap. I thought we were going to have to use a pliers to disassemble the cap and decant the contents into another bottle (I have a lot of them left over from the days my granddaughter and I used to make our own DIY products just for fun years ago). Luckily before taking that step, my husband finally got it to click and voila! the plastic disc separating the contents dropped to the bottom of the bottle and I could finally mix everything together. The serum does feel nice on my skin and it seems to help boost the effectiveness of my moisturizer. It is absorbed quickly with no oily residue. This is a nice product, but too much trouble for me to try one of the other versions or purchase this one again just in case I get another defective bottle.. The current price of $33.99 seems reasonable and the product arrived nicely boxed and properly sealed. .The curent .

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!
Really? How dumb is this person that they have to read instructions to use a serum?!? This is why… when it first comes, you look at the bottle and then realize that it is packaged well and looks really nice. When you go to try it, it spreads easily and smells wonderful. Then you notice that there are two different colored liquids inside the glass. You figure that it might’ve just separated over time from sitting around, so you go to shake it and nothing happens. So here’s the deal…. The top has two different parts, and it’s not obvious. One part is as you would imagine; screw off the top to use the eyedropper and apply…. BUT, in the instructions, and very small print might I add, it says to twist the bottom half of the top to release the vitamin serum into the clear serum. This is a one time thing, but after you do it, you can clearly see the two liquids mixing… Frankly, this seems more of a marketing ploy than anything else, but it’s still cool to watch. They mentioned this in the product description, but I didn’t notice, so I figured I would write about it just in case other people didn’t notice either… All that being said, the serum is fantastic and has a wonderful scent, partially floral and partially citrusy, and very light. Recommended.

Provides excellent hydration.
This DW-EGF face serum is my fifth or sixth product from Easydew, and like other products from the company before it, the serum has been highly satisfactory and good.As promised, it offers great and long-term hydration without feeling too heavy or sticky. Before applying the serum, you have to twist the cap and mix the two different solutions first, which was new and interesting to me. This step makes the application process longer but not very much so. Once the two parts are mixed, the resulting combination solution makes the serum thicker and heavier. This is good because it's no longer too runny and water-like.I don't have any dark spots on my face but I did notice a slight brightening effect on my face after about a week of daily usage. At $33.99 (as of 2022-04-21), it's not too expensive and feels competitively priced for what the serum offers, which is good long-term hydration and a brightening effect. 5 stars.
