Helps to control my cravings for sweets. It takes a few weeks to help but I definitely notice a decrease in cravings and over eating of sweets and other foods.

So I’ve been using this for few months now. I go off an on with it just because sometimes the side effects cause stomach pains and loss of appetite. But usually after the stomach pains I catch myself running to the bathroom 😭 so it’s a win lose situation. I do just take two a day a few times a week and take breaks. I’d rate 7.5/10 it does the job but it does come with side effects

Good quality as stated

I got out from Semaglutide and needed something to transit to a life without injection.I take 2 pills before breakfast and 2 pills before dinner. May be later I will reduce to 1pill twice a day.Very similar effect as on Semaglutide. I have no idea if it would work the same way if I haven’t been on Semaglutide.

I don't know what to say about this, I tried with food and without and either way my stomach does not like this supplement. I gave it 3 stars because it might be a me problem.

@ Ancient Bliss Ive had ordered this berberine supplement 5 times in the past so this is my six bottle that Ive ordered and I am giving it a one star for this new bottle of Berberine supplement that I recieved because as soon as I opened this new bottle it has a chemical paint smell it smells awful this is the first time this happens. And all the five times I've ordered this Berberine supplement in the past has always been good. I would please like a refund on this new bottle. I am Not going to digest a supplement with a toxic chenical paint smell that will be toxic to my health. Sorry to say but this will be my last time ordering from Ancient Bliss products something is wrong with this product something has changed its Not the same?? My advice to people if it doesn't smell right to you don't take it I'm going to have to find another Berberine product elsewhere.
