Was delivered on time and with no damage. It just has that funky smell when I opened it. Maybe the rubber extension. So I air it out. Other than that this is a good product.

The products came intact. I really love the glass cups and the straws! This is exactly how I want my travel cups to be. I had been searching high and low. Great tolerance to heat. Easy to clean. What I most concerned about is if it could handle heat because I drink lots of hot tea and this really does the trick for me. Warning though, it does get very hot so do purchase a sleeve for it if you are drinking hot drinks.I did have an issue with one of the glass cups due to the silicone part of the lid being glued/melted stuck onto the cup which damaged the silicone part so it wasn’t able to be used anymore. Couldn’t close. Messaged customer service and they handled it in a great, friendly, and professional manner.Will definitely purchase again in the future! 😄😄😄

I bought these glasses originally for iced coffee, I was looking at this shape with the bamboo lid but I knew my boyfriend wouldn’t really use them if he needed to use a straw. When I came across these I thought they were perfect. And I received them and they did not disappoint! They’re super cute but also just very useful, I use them when I have people over now just for water (without the lids) because the color coding is perfect to know whose glass is whose. We’ve been using them for iced coffee and getting compliments when we’re out and have them on the go! Only down side is the hole to drink water straight from the lid (without a straw) is a little small.Also the company has great customer service! One glass was slightly damaged and they immediately replaced it. Amazing customer service for amazon

I absolutely loooove these drinking glasses!!They have been a staple in my daily life.I use them at home without the lids and use them to go with the lids for the gym / running errands / life. It sounds silly, but I'm a sucker for minimal and modern transparent glasses that show the color of my current drink, whether it be homemade matcha or coffee oat latte, smoothie, or even just water. These glasses do just that!I've received compliments on how cute this cup is too.Despite it being incredibly useful.... they are not durable at all. The glass is very thin and will break immediately with any type of impact. I have had these for a couple of months and now only have 2 cups left out of the set of six. This is unfortunate because I really love these cups.I really wish the glass was thick and durable, that way it would be long-lasting. Instead of having to re-buy them every couple of months.

They have everything I wanted: the option for a straw or to sip, glass straw with a removable silicone topper, not too heavy or bulky, simple clear glass design, something to grip so it doesn’t slip, AND THE COLORS!!! Omg I love these so much it’s kind of crazy lolThe seller even followed up to make sure they shipped safely, which I really appreciated!!10/10 recommend and I’ve already shared the link with a few people!

Got these and I am IN LOVE! They were packaged with care and came in great condition, very sturdy and feel like very durable glass! Such great quality, the glass straws come in 2 shapes, they do not sweat and are so fun to use! Not only that.. the company reached out to make sure they they made it to me with no damages!About a week after I got them 2 of my lids melted in the dishwasher, so I reached out to the company. The customer service they provided is so WONDERFUL!! Quick response and very helpful! They are sending me replacements, so that I can continue to enjoy my cups with the lids!!Seriously will be purchasing from them in future not only for the quality of goods, but the quality of the customer service as well!

I’ve had these cups well over a year. They are nice cups, but I had two completely shatter under normal and gentle use and handling. The seal also tends to come off when taking the lids off, but it is easy to put back on and still seals properly.
