I have noticed some difference after taking these, but the taste of the capsules is not good at all. as soon as it touches your tongue you can taste it. other than that, these work okay.

I got this product to help balance my hormones and I can definitely see the difference, I also love the fact that it makes me smell like maple syrup.

Guess it could work, but I felt the days I took it, my baby got gassy, so we stopped. Didn't feel a difference, hydration did a better job

It was decreasing quite rapidly and about a week into taking this my supply returned to normal. The pills are easy to swallow and didn’t affect my stomach. It does have an herbal smell to it but it’s mild and doesn’t have a strong taste.
