Great turnips are easy to grow
I love these and buy and grow them whenever I can. You can eat both the turnip and the green leaves. They are great sauteed in butter.

If you like radishes, and if you like turnips, this is a great crossover! Sweet, tender, nutty and spicy! And, they grow relatively fast. We've planted numerous crops, to keep them coming up all summer long!

Baby turnips growing.....
The seeds are in the above ground garden and are coming up nicely. Another six weeks and we should have these in our salads. They are fun and yummy.

Easy to grow indoors under grow lights
Planted on 10/27 and look great as of 11/23...nearly ready to harvest. Grew indoors under grow lights. Good germination rate and fast growing. Have eaten some of the leaves so far.Harvested on 12/1. Look and taste great.
