Do your research first before buying anything.
I would have given this a better rating but the instructions were absolutely terrible. I had to try to figure it out myself. Good thing I'm mechanically inclined. The pictures were also a bit deceiving - it looked bigger and sturdier but so far it's holding up. And I didn't know that this was coming from overseas which took longer than expected. I should have gone to my local sports and fitness store and bought one for more money.

Save the money for a power tower
Kay so to begin with the instructions were the absolute worse. The whole time to put it together was frustrating and took longer then usual. I can’t understand why my package came in with a basically destroyed box and I was very uncomfortable with the overall grips . I understand the equipment can be expensive but if I I would have known that it’d be this bad then I would have saved and just got something more expensive and not of wasted my on this

Impossible to put together, terrible instructions
I am an installer and put workout equipment and other equipment together for a living and this took me 6 months to get somewhat together and never finished it. Instructions are awful and when you finally get it together then the grips hurt your hands and it feels questionable. Spend the extra money for something decent. Also the box came mangled and full of sand from China

Enough security
This is a very safe fitness frame. It has a wide and large base and four large suction cups. I like it very much. It will not wear my floor or cause the machine to run. I like to use it for my workouts! !
