I measured my feet with a tape measure and picked the regular sized ones with the gel pad and it makes all the difference in the world. Tbf these hurt to walk in when I first got these but my PF were extremely tight and I have bone and heal spurs from them. What I did then the first day was sit with them on which I was able to do for a few hours and in that time I was able to more comfortably but still uncomfortably walk in them. The next day it was less painful to start with them and I choose to do things around the house for a couple hours in them and my PF became loose enough that I was able to wear them for about 8 hours. By the 3rd day I could wear them non stop and it was too painful to walk without them on from the start and I've been using them ever since for about 5 months now. I wash them in cold water with antibacterial and antifungal soap in the evening, open and stand them up when I set them out to dry and they are ready in the morning. I need another pair just so that mine can have a day's rest and if I ever lost one I am sure I would have a terrible day and then take a while to recover from that again. One has aged slightly better than the other but these are still fully functional, supportive, and comfortable. For over a decade I used the Futuro arch supports (and turned family onto them) but they have changed those and I could not find anything for years that was supportive enough so am glad to have these, recommend!In the time that I have had them they have not loosened up, the stitching is still holding well, and they are still almost if not just as supportive (the prior pair that I mentioned needed to be replaced every 6 months but I see these lasting a lot longer). In terms of thickness these do not interfere with the way shoes fit and are strong enough to give good support - I think the added gel patch is perfect for those of us that need extra support. If your feet are not as bad I'm not sure that you would benefit from the gel patch in particular but if it is painful be patient and gradually ease into it to see how it helps/works for you.

This really works! Just as described, this product provides relief for plantar fasciitis. The product is well made, durable, and comfortable for wearing long periods of time. I sometimes wear on bare feet and sometimes over a sock. Either way the impacted foot is supported and pain free. The only drawback is that the branding is very visible, so wearing out with sandals is a challenge.

I got these for my husband who has flat feet to the point where he has broken a bone in his foot just from walking. He has to use inserts and other arch supports. I was hoping that he could use these while around the house and while wearing sandals, when he cannot use his inserts or other supports. He was able to wear them and said that they did give some additional support to the tendons in his feet and held them in a more supportive position, but that it did not have an impact on keeping the arch up and supported fully and therefore did not help with pain relief much. There was some pain management provided but not a sufficient amount with use. My husband also reported that these seem more appropriate for short term use as when he wore them for more than 2 hours, his feet would start to tingle, like there was too much compression to his feet without it cutting off the circulation. He did fall asleep once with them on and reported the same tingling feeling when waking up and removing them. I had him wear them consistently for about 3 weeks before writing a review as I wanted an accurate picture of the effectiveness. I think they do give some support and relief, but not enough to justify a purchase and not where I think they help someone with flat feet in the ways that are needed.

Wonderful, great quality product. It feels like it will last and be able to get through the ground pound on your feet. Slip on and feel relief and stability from achy feet. My foot pain was in the arches, very comfortable too.

purchased this plantar fasciitis relief product with high hopes after reading several glowing reviews, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me at all. I followed the instructions carefully, used it daily for over a month, and saw no noticeable improvement in my heel pain.The product itself (a combination of a compression sleeve and arch support insert) seemed well made, but the sleeve was either too tight (cutting off circulation) or too loose (slipping down during the day). The arch support was minimal and didn’t provide the level of cushioning or alignment I expected. In fact, it made my foot feel more fatigued by the end of the day.I also reached out to customer service to see if I was using it incorrectly or if they had suggestions, but the response was slow and not particularly helpful. It’s frustrating to spend money and time on something that offers no relief, especially when dealing with something as painful and persistent as plantar fasciitis.If you’re dealing with this condition, I’d suggest exploring other options—custom orthotics or physical therapy may be a better investment. Sadly, this one just didn’t live up to the promise.
