I have been using these Midol patches for over a year and cannot imagine going without them now. These discreet patches go right on the outside of your underwear and heat up fairly quickly, giving you all the benefit of a heat pad without the bulk. Best of all, they can't even be seen through leggings, giving you a bit of comfort during your workout or at work. I also love that the packages are small enough to fit in any size purse and last for eight hours, giving you the comfort you need when you need it. From my own experience, they last about six to seven hours of the eight-hour period. While they work longer, they start losing their effectiveness after this. The size is also perfect for going on my period underwear or normal panties. The heat is also the right amount of warmth, not burning but relieving pain. While they are a little expensive, they are worth it for stopping cramps during my time of the month.

These heat patches are amazing for cramps. They get warm quickly and stay at a steady temperature for hours. I can move around without them shifting or peeling off which makes them easy to wear during the day. They give me real comfort when nothing else seems to help. Love them especially for traveling or when I’m not home to use my heating pad.

Very useful for easing cramps. I have a muscle strain in my abdomen that’s been causing me a lot of pain in the past year. I also use these for that. Especially at work. They heat up very fast and last a while. Quite pricey but worth it for on the go. Definitely use over clothing because they do get hot.

I wasn't sure what to expect before ordering. It is on the smaller size. I'm plus size and the pad is about the size of my palm so getting the pad to hit the righr spot to have the most affect was tricky. It's easy to apply and it does stay luke warm for 8 hours. Just wish there was a bigger size. I'm not sure why its recommended can only wear one every 24 hours so if you plan on wearing it during the day then at night you'll have to use alternative methods. Or if you want to take it off for a period and reapply later then there's no way to reapply really, unless I guess if you keep the package.

These patches are soooo small. I get menstrual pain all the way up to my navel and out to my groin, and these just barely cover where my angry uterus supposedly is. The picture shows how little it covers. For reference, I’m 5’4” weigh about 130, size 6/M underwear or pants. I’m not tiny, but I’m also not large.I had bought two of these packages because I was anticipating many days of pain, but actually ended up blowing through both packages in a few days, because I had to stick two patches in my underwear, to fill out the space I needed to heat.They also don’t get or stay all that warm, and the adhesive is weak so it peels out of my underwear every time I go to the bathroom.I won’t be buying these again. I’ve had better luck with a popular brand that makes a similar wrap- I now use the one for back/hip. They are larger and stay warmer.

I use this every time I get my period. The price sometimes throws me off but I’m always looking for it when I get my period sooo . I’ll keep buying. It heats up pretty quickly and stays heated for HOURS

Absolutely works!!! Very effective!!! Especially when you need to get through a work shift! Lasted 8 hours and very comfortable to wear.
