I bought this in July, 2023 and just got around to install it in October, 2023. When I hooked it up, I discovered that the switch that toggles to open the gate was defective. I contacted customer support and was told that it is outside the return window. There was no option to contact the seller, so I guess I'm stuck.I gave a single star for the poor customer service. It is my advice to buyers that they immediately open and test any items that are purchased from this seller since they do not stand behind their products.

This thing is beefy, and no one is going to be destroying the case. The lock, however, is a simple 4-digit combination lock and those are not that hard to defeat. But, that is the nature of this thing - if you have to give a combination code (not a key) to the fire department, what choice do you have?I was expecting something a lot larger based on the listing photos, but the size is appropriate if you are going to only store gate keys or a remote control inside.
