Easy to use..
Great quality.. and easy to use.. chocolate came out perfect from mold .. if temperedTemper.. melt to 45'C .. add more chocolate, and cool to 27'C .. then re-heat to 32.5C .. can do it in a bowl in the microwave .. never had an issue.But the chocolate bar is a bit of fun.. and makes great pressie for that special C**T in your life :)
