KnorrClassic Hollandaise Sauce - 0.9 ounce - 12 per case.12

Have bought other brands but keep coming back to Knorr due to the best flavor. I often substitute olive oil for butter to cut down on saturated fat. That works well and changes the flavor only to a hint more Greek.

Have used this quite a few times. It is always easy to make a great Hollandaise sauce. It can be tricky to do from scratch but with this mix it is a snap. Add a little lemon to spice it up.

I don't know how Knorr does it, but I can't tell the difference between this (when made per package instructions) and home made. There's just no reason to spend the time and effort to try and make this from scratch anymore...

Hands down, this is the best hollandaise sauce. I am a hollandaise sauce snob and this is consistent quality and takes much less effort to make. One tip - the directions used to say to melt the butter, whisk in the packet and then add the milk, it now says to heat the milk and butter then add the packet, I think it works better the previous way so I still make it melted butter and packet first then add the milk. Just ordered the 12 pack because I've been having a hard time finding it in the stores and the other brands do not come close to the flavor.

It was a decent hollandaise sauce mix. You will need to add lemon juice if you want it to taste authentic.

I will use the sauce for some veggies, but most important is using in to top my grilled, very rare filet mignon!DELICIOUS!
