I NEVER leave reviews, but these LED frames are a hazard that I believe people should know about. I ordered 6 sets of these frames - in other words, over $1,000 worth. I even had electricians come and install them in my storefront windows. Well, one of the sets didn't work so well - the light was very dim compared to the set next to it which I surmise works exactly how it should. Nonetheless, I left the dim frame set on so that passersby could more easily see what is in the frames. Well, I got to work this morning and noticed that the plastic part where the frames hang from was MELTED and the wire where the plastic part touches is black - no doubt burn marks. I have no idea how this didn't start a complete fire but I'm so thankful it didn't. I have attached pictures of what the melting/fire hazard looks like, compared to what it should look like. If you need LED frames for your storefront, buy them from somewhere reputable.I am over the return limit otherwise I would return these. Radio silence from seller, which speaks volumes on customer service.DO NOT BUY!!!
