i have bought two together and one is always in the freezer! in case needed, we can quickly do hot n cold compress. It has a very nice extra bag with it to save them and keep them clean.

The bubbles burst
The gel bubbles burst after 2-3 uses when placed in the freezer

The whole material inside pops and when placed in freezer it just becomes a giant ice mass which is not good
