The most important feature is that it is customizable for the different height that needed to support the low back curve ( lumbar lordosis). If the lumbar curve is low, the extra pad can be taken out. If the curve is higher, then use the extra pads ( 1 or 2 pads depending on the support needed). I am an osteopath. I have been using this pillow for almost a month now. I can say it is very very good! I do have subluxation/military spine where it doesn't have the natural curve due to long hours working in front of computer. I used to wake up in the mornings with back pains. It cost me too much to visit physiotherapists and chiropractors providing temporary relief of a few months. With this pillow, I have been taking afternoon rest with it for like 2 hours and my back has been improving ever since. I get really nice dreams too. I use it when I sit on my reclining chair to watch movies or read a book. Its not too good for me to sleep more than 3 hours on this for night sleep as I feel uncomfortable or restless. I have tried removing the extra slack for night sleep. It seems alright. Maybe its not suitable for me to use for too long hours per usage. Nowadays when I do yoga and stretching in the mornings, I feel better. I would highly recommend this product for people who have lower back issues and especially back pains in the mornings. It takes some time to get used to and once it does, it really improves the quality of one's life. This pillow is really therapeutic ! Good healthy spine is important for healthy happy life!

It's not comfortable to lie on, maybe for personal reasons, but it's OK to sit on a chair as a cushion.

Ottimo prodotto. Fa il suo dovere. Molto comodo anche il tappetino che si trova dentro la cerniera e che può essere lasciato o tolto per l'utilizzo. Ben fatto, dà sollievo, inizialmente se ne sente un pochino la presenza, ma meglio del male alla schiena
