Q: These came without a seal. They came with a cap but no protective seal. Is this normal or was I given a used one ?

Hi there! First of all, thank you for reaching out to us. Our Vitamin C Gummies bottles should have an internal safety seal. The bottles were supposed to have 2 safety seals. The first one is the plastic wrap around the lid and the 2nd is under the cap. However, sometimes, when you open the bottle, you won't find the internal seal because the bottle sucked the seal up. And we are so sorry as this could've happened to bottle you've purchased. :( As an apology, we would like to offer you a refund for your purchase.
