No ratings at 1 ohm. As poorly built as these amplifiers are, I wouldn't go that low and expect it to live.

Will this amp safely run 4 DVC 4 ohm subs if so what will the output be to each sub??

I had this amp 4 days and it stopped working never turned it up just installed it to see what sounded like had it running 5 Polk audio 6x9 and it failed ,so if you can look at other's before buying this amp ,hope this helped😎
