It is a breeze in comparison with trying to crush ice in a plastic bag with a rolling pin. Fast and consistent results, great stuff!! Now we need to back-off on the volume of cocktails!! (Only kidding! :)) )

Great at crushing ice, but you do have to take ice cubes out of ice freezer bags and but the ice cubes into the hopper on the machine. This machine does NOT make ice ....Works well though

I had wanted a slushy maker but after searching the web I came across this ice crusher. It seemed simpler, cheaper and better all round. Its a good looking machine, not too large. The reason for the 4 stars is it took a little getting used to. It’s not as simple as pressing the on/off button, there isn’t one. You have to align the jug and the lid to turn it on. The second fiddly thing is the lid. It gets very slippery and is hard to remove at times. These are minor issues and overall I am happy with the ice crusher as is my son.

It may be something I am doing wrong but I cannot get the stirrer to sit in the beaker and the machine body to the point that it actually stirs rather than sitting there doing nothing

Ordered new and has not worked once.Followed instructions inside the manual found in the box but appears the safety was broken already and unable to be turned on.

The media could not be loaded. Edit: it's been 8 months and the thing burnt out one day, with a strong burning plastic smell, it hasn't worked since! I mean I did use it at least 2/3 times a week. Not sure if it came with a warranty.After 20 odd years of smashing up my teeth chomping on ice I am pleased to say I can now eat snow with a spoon and my only regret is not buying one sooner! A bit noisy, as you'd expect with the whole smashing ice thing. Actually, I think it shaves the ice. The little spinny stirrer stops it's sticking together too! Amazing. If you eat ice, deffo a worthy investment.

Well I thought water went in fridge and came out in the tray as ice and that was it. This thing is a game changer, it’s easy to put together and for those cold coffee loves or slush puppie enthusiast’s, this is the real deal. Have fine or course ice. Jus pop your liquid in the just, put ice in the top put the lid on and turn it so it starts. Took a while to figure that out. Then the ice shard fall into the jug. The stirrer mixed the ice with the liquid and once done just pour, the spout is not the best so be careful as the product can just as easily fall in the sink, floor or wherever your pour as it all rushes out.
