Great customer service
Very comfortable and most notably, when I notified them of one pair being the wrong size, they were able to send me the replacement without even asking for the wrong sized one to be returned. Don't know what to do with it but who knows.

Covers naughty bits but useless as underpants
Okay, so they're comfortable enough when dry but don't cope well with sweat or other body fluids, which goes straight through to the next layer of clothing.

Very comfortable to wear. :-)
Although not the sexiest pants in the world, they are very comfortable and great for work days.... I've bought a few pairs now as they're that good. :-) Size wise, they fit as expected, so order your usual size. In my case, size small as I'm a 30" waist. They're very light weight and stretchy anyway.
