It also tastes pretty good. I prebake for 15 minutes at 410 degrees F, add the pepperoni, etc., and bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese has bubbled. The outer crust is always well done but the inside part, where I put the ingredients, never seems to get as crispy as I would like. But it beats the time it takes to make my own non-gluten crust!

These gluten free pizza crusts are great! I like that they can stay on a shelf and not in the freezer. They are large sized and don’t taste like cardboard, as other brands do.

Now that I am GF, i have not found anything even remotely good as these crusts. They are pricey but for the convenience and taste, they are well worth it. They are room temp., shelf stable and pre-cooked. I add sauce and cheese and bake on a cookie sheet for about 14 minutes at 425 degrees. I think it tastes best on the crispier side.

I recently found out I'm allergic to both dairy and gluten. This crust is fantastic!

We buy this product often. Usually it is really good. This batch (we buy them four at a time) was stale. The Best Before date on the boxes is November 26,2023!! We bought them in November 2024 and received them November 22,2024! They should have been purged from inventory a year ago!?

Best GF crust. Makes for quick easy pizza prep. Not as good as regular crust but best Gluten free that is this quick to prepare.

Delicious with a coat of garlic butter under all your favorite toppings, and makes wonderful bread sticks as well.
