Picked this carry-on up for work trips based on a couple of reviews I've seen from heavy fliers. This back has a bit of extra room since it extends down slightly in between the rollers. It's built really well and rolls super smooth. I've been able to pack it easily and am very happy with the design and build quality.

Excellent mid size luggage. Perfect for a 4/5 night/day stay.. Durable, easy wheeling and looks great.

I recently purchased the LEVEL8 Carry on Luggage from Amazon, and I must say, I was initially impressed with its style and how effortlessly it glided on the floor. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I noticed a major flaw after just one use.The Good: The suitcase is undeniably stylish, and its smooth maneuverability made navigating through crowded airports a breeze. It also has ample space, allowing me to comfortably pack three sets of clothes and a few pairs of shoes for my trip.The Bad: Unfortunately, the issue arose when I arrived at my destination and opened the suitcase to find that the inside stitching had torn. I want to emphasize that I did not overpack the bag; it was filled with just three sets of clothes and a modest number of shoes. Given the limited use, I was surprised that it tore so easily.Possible Defect: I am not sure if I received a faulty product or if this is a common issue with this suitcase model. Nonetheless, I expected better durability, especially from a brand known for quality luggage.It is undoubtedly stylish and easy to maneuver, making it a great choice for travelers. However, the tearing of the inside stitching during the first use has left me feeling disappointed and questioning the overall quality. If you decide to purchase this suitcase, I recommend checking the stitching carefully upon arrival and being cautious with the amount of weight you pack.I hope this review helps other potential buyers make an informed decision.Update: The company reached out and provided a replacement. I recently traveled out of town and it held up great! I can’t wait to purchase their larger suitcase for our upcoming family trip.

20" size was great for overseas carry-on - lightweight, easy to roll even with additional personal items on top. 28" is very large - hard to lift even the not full. Took several corner dents on first use by air craft personnel

I've only used it on two trips so far (one work, one vacation) but it's been fantastic. There may be cheaper ones that roll as smoothly, but there are no more expensive options that roll better. If the floor is uneven, it'll drift a tiny bit while loaded. This isn't a problem, it just speaks to how smooth it is. Looks very nice, mine has been in the overhead bin for each flight so no TSA handling but I haven't had any issues with scratches or dents. I'm about to buy another one for my girlfriend that also travels for work a couple times a year. The zippers aren't some crazy "buttery smooth" but standard, solid zippers nonetheless.If your budget allows, this truly a fantastic carry-on. If you don't care how smooth it rolls, buy one for $50 instead. In my opinion, once you travel with a bag that glides like this you'll realize that you do care.

I’ve had this luggage for over three years and taken it through cobblestone streets, dirt roads, city pavements, and even across three national parks in six different countries. They’ve held up incredibly well — solid, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. Every penny spent has truly been worth it.The carry-on fits even in overhead bins on airlines with tighter space, and the interior trunk design maximizes packing room. The handles are strong and reliable, and the 360-degree wheels glide smoothly without ever getting stuck. After all this time and travel, everything still works perfectly.I rarely write reviews, but this is one of those times people need to know — this product is that good. I highly recommend it!

Bought a pink for myself and loved the amount of packing space. This is the first time I have had a hard shell, and without pockets on the outside I wasn’t sure how I would like it. It is phenomenal! I packed enough for a weeklong trip in this carry-on, I have an aversion to check bags these days as they tend not to make it to the next connection. Logically, once you put your bag in overhead storage, if you’re smart, you don’t tend to take it down and rummage through any outside pockets. Therefore, I did not miss them very impressed with the quality, the surface does mare a little bit and show scuffs, but I knew that would be the case when purchasing pink, they do rub off fairly easily though. TSA approved is easy to use. The suitcase is very lightweight, but sturdy.In terms of maneuverability, the whales guide through the airport! Loved it so much that it convinced my husband to replace his old single direction wheel carry-on bag… Not looking back, and I’m ready to purchase another from this company, great quality, thoughtful organization!

This product was of overall okay quality but some things made it unusable for me.Overall it felt like it can break easily. The lining is thin and light. While this is good for keeping overall weight down, it feels too flimsy.When loaded with a decent amount of weight, the handles pull the surface of the luggage in such a way that it feels like it'll pop. This is due to how thin the surface is.The wheel rolls extremely smooth so no complaints there.Zippers don't feel super high quality and can give some resistance when opening and closing.It holds a decent amount of stuff so no complaints on capacity.Design is nice but the texture of the outside gets scratched and scuffed by ANYTHING.It even picked up the lotion on my hands for God sake. Super annoying.
