FINALLY found some color changing LED bulbs that actually work! I wasted quite a bit of money with Sengled bulbs and even a hub. Most of the time they lost connection. Then trying to reconnect them? Forget it. Not to mention their servers were down constantly. These bulbs connected INSTANTLY to Smart Life app that I already had. Then Alexa found them just as fast! Yay! I use these in a table lamp that has 1 regular size bulb and 2 candle size bulbs. I especially like that I have 2 of these table lamps with the same configuration. I can do red, white, and blue for the 4th, and the rainbow colors for Pride Month, etc. Price is very reasonable as well. You gotta make sure the switch stays on. If it doesn't, you may have to reconnect them, but it's so fast, it's no big deal. Highly recommend these!! ☺️

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I liked that this lightbulb has like a bio-timer. Basically you can set the light to turn on and off and certain times of day and you can also manually change it. I use it in my kids room so they know it’s bed time or time to rise. Brightness: It can be very dark or very bright. It’s up to you! Color: Every color in the rainbow and then some. Lifespan: Hard to say for now. The only thing that slightly bother me is you can only control it with your phone and so if I’m not phone my husband messes with it and it disconnects and that tends to be a pain. Which if you have kids they might do that too making you reconnect constantly. It’s usually pretty quick fix and that’s more user error then the product itself.

I bought 2 four packs for a chandelier that holds 8 bulbs, 1 started flashing after a year and would not connect to the wifi anymore. Eventually the bulb would not turn on anymore. The other 7 are working great.

I got this cheap second hand mushroom lamp that looks great with no light (see pictures), but when I added a normal yellow bulb, the colors looked a bit too organic, like a rotting mushroom, with fade yellows and purplelish browns. This bulb really makes the lamp look amazing when lit on. With a bit of orange I get a nice copper color. Then the reds, greens, blues, and all other colors than yellow give interesting looks. It was easy to set and to use. The app offers a lot of preset colors or combos. I like the flames one.

This is a great company to work with. One of the 8 bulbs I ordered was faulty. I got in touch with Lightinginside and they sent me one free bulb to replace that one. They followed to make sure I received it as well. They made the whole process much simpler than me returning all of them to get a refund or a replacement sent. Very please. Because sengled has apparently gone completely under and their apps dont work, I need to replace their bulbs with a different vendor and after my experience with lightinginside, I will buy the remainder of bulbs from them. Recommend this product. It needs a little work on the app still but it's a solid item and solid company. Hopefully it'll still be around in 5 years...unlike Sengled.

Garbage. I would rather buy a multi pack of individually colored LED lights than every buy these again. They were fine for a while, I was happy that I could adjust light settings without needing to swap out my home light switch for a dimmer, or change the color of the bulb entirely. But big problems. 1. The connectivity sucks. Like it they straight up continuously disconnect now, and when they disconnect they flash on and off continuously until you reconnect them. So cant even function as just a basic bulb. It's the most obnoxious thing. 2. They force disconnect when you quickly cycle a light switch. Didn't mean to turn your lights off? Better wait a minute before turning them back on or they start flashing. Have kids? Don't invest in these lights because if they start messing with the lights it's all over. 3. They have a connect over Bluetooth option, but it's garbage and barely functions. Must be over wifi to get full functionality. 4. Any time they disconnect you need to remove them from the app/groups you have set up or there's weird issues. And once they do reconnect, there's times the app doesn't recognize them as connected. I gave up on these lights and will never go back.

I initially wrote a negative review for these Lightinginside bulbs on November 6, 2025, due to persistent technical issues. My main problem was that they repeatedly lost their pairing status, requiring constant re-pairing, and eventually, several bulbs stopped pairing entirely. Initial Contact (August 8, 2025): I reported the issues and the company sent two replacement bulbs, despite six being faulty. I managed to "make do" with these, but soon after, another bulb failed completely. Trigger for Review (November 6, 2025): Frustrated by the poor quality, I purchased more expensive Govee replacements, which prompted me to leave the negative review. Immediate Response: The day after the review, Lightinginside emailed, offering to replace five additional faulty bulbs. I accepted, but they only sent four. Current Status: The situation is mostly resolved, though I find it frustrating that the company only addressed the full scope of the issue after I posted a negative review. The replacement bulbs appear different in the SmartLife app, suggesting they may be a newer version with corrected quality issues. I hope these last longer.

Mon achat au tout début m'a énormément causé des Frustrations puisque le fonctionnement des lumières n'étaient pas optimales pour créer des scènes, une programmation. Les lumières répondaient vocalement seule à Alexa allumé toutes les lumières. Je ne pouvais pas faire allumer ou éteindre les lumières par groupe d'ampoules. J'ai contacté le service à la clientèle de Lightinginside et avec leur compréhension de la situation, avec leur gentillesse et leur patience, la compagnie lightinginside m'a aidé à résoudre ma problématique. L'application Smart Life enregistré les lumières mais les ampoules fonctionnent qu'avec l'application Alexa . Ce qui m'a permis dans l'application Alexa de créer les programmations, scènes et skills. La luminosité des ampoules est superbe La qualité/prix est avantageuse Le service à la clientèle est rapide à vouloir aider et trouver une solution écrite et aussi par envois d'images de références. Je recommande fortement les ampoules intelligentes lightinside

I've tried 2 or 3 different brands of smart bulbs. These ones were installed and recognized by Alexa. Hoping that they don't mess up.

Très peu de modèles E12 de ce genre. Bon éclairage et facile à configurer

Apparence neutre blanc quand éteinte, bulbe de lumière un peu plus gros qu'habituel. l'application Smart life les a retrouvés instantanément, facile a programmer, 2 écrans différent pour ajuster les différents blancs et les différentes couleurs, (changement d'écran au glissement de doigt, je l'ai un peu cherché). Pour la variation d'intensité , diminue un peu moins qu'un variateur ordinaire même quand indique 0%. Répond bien a Alexa, on peut en plus d'allumer éteindre, demander changement de couleur et varier l'intensité vocalement. J'ai découvert que quand on a des lumières multiples sur une même switch comme par exemple des appliques murales sur un mur, Même si je fais un groupe pour commander toutes les lumières en même temps avec Alexa, une seule s'allume, je doit les nommer individuellement. ou passer par l'application smart life. Mais par contre, on a les avantages de l'inverse, parfois sur mon ilot je n'ai dans les faits besoin que d'une lumière, au dessus du lavabo, je peux désormais n'allumer que celle là quand je le souhaite, ce que ne ne pouvais faire avant avec une prise ordinaire. Donc je peux fonctionner avec ce petit problème. Très heureuse de mon expérience avec ces lumières, mais ne peut me prononcer quant à leur durabilité pour le moment.
