It has a good shine. I don't know about plumbing anything though.It doesn't tingle but it doesn't plump

this does exactly what it says it does. it plumped my lips and gave them a bit of color. only issue is it burnsss. not so bad on the lips but if you get even the slightest bit on your tongue or inside your mouth by accident.... it'll hurt so much. but other than that it is a fantastic lip plumper!

My wife says it works. I just try not to kiss her right after she puts it on as I don’t need plump lips 😀. She gave one to her cousin and she seemed to line it as well, sooo I guess If you are looking for something like this, it seems to be effective.

The side with birthmark at the bottom has the plumper, the other side does not. My sister says she sees a difference but I don’t see much. The applicator is very small so you have to dip in multiple times (and I only did half a lip). The burn is about the same/ not as bad as other lip plumper a I’ve tried. Not too bad since this is cheap. Looks like I’m still on the hunt.

My lips felt like they were on fire after using this. Like the rubbed the spiciest hot sauce known to man on my lips. And ZERO PLUMP! Save your money and your lips!

It does plump. The only thing is make sure you are able to tolerate hot things like it tastes like spiciness on your lips for a bit but I handled it
