Aquaguard Marvel NXT RO+UV+Taste Adjuster(MTDS) with Mineral Charge,6.2L storage water purifier,7 stages purification,suitable for borewell,tanker,municipal water(white)from Eureka Forbes

Installation always gets delayed as the usual support teams don't do it and it took 3 days for me to get someone from the intended team. Two associates went on sick leave was the excuse I got :)Other than that once I got people into my house for Installation it has been an amazing experience. The unit comes ready with all fitted inside it unlike the older experience of getting even the filters packed where service men show their hardiness in fixing those inside the unit playing with those small tubes preventing any water leakage etc...all that mess is no more there now. It is kind of plug n play where guys just connected the inlet from tab and enabled outlet into kitchen basin. It was so easy and clean. It started working like charm and only this is with my actual TDS at 380 plus...water is now at 38 TDS...far better than water cans. I need to book a service call to get it adjusted to 80 as Installation team said they won't open the box as it is service department job. Wish they had that authority to adjust but it looks like their governance.All in all I loved the product. It is elegant and table top. Occupies less space and works like charm. I have been with aquaguard since 2013. Local techs did discourage me not to buy online but buy from them where they quote mrp mentioned in eureka Forbes website but 5k reduction in amazon made me give it a try. Sad that I deprived these local guys of their commission but on a serious note...I loved Amazon and their service. CS were very sensible in handling my delays. I will strongly recommend every one to buy this from Amazon and don't fall prey to regular support teams as they encourage you to buy the unit from them for their commission at higher rates. Amazon kills that middle layer royally benefiting us as customers. Eureka forbes as a company treats us well and no step mother treatment just because we purchased it from Amazon. Only guys you will find cribbing is the local service partners but if you tell them you will buy AMC next year am sure these guys also will be happy 😊.I really loved my new unit...just be smart in handling service guys and you will enjoy the best product. Am sure Eureka Forbes will find a way to handle their service teams training them to be more professional. Product wise they are top notch always.

I like the produt and the price range is within budget, but while purifying water it is wasting a huge amount of water which needs to be stored and reuse for other work manually.I am not sure whether I am the only one facing this water wastage issue or is this the normal behavior of this water purifier.

At first was doubtful regarding the RO . But this seems quiet a good fir for the quality and budget. Installation was seamlesss and Installation person was polite as well. Overall happy with the service

Writing this review after 10 days of purchasing, product so far is working perfectly fine and installation guy is also good at his work, though if any problem arises later I may update this review.

Its been 1 month and 1 week and the faulty part has not been repaired yet. Eureka Forbes customer care is not eager to help! The technician disconnects the calls! Absolute rubbish service.The water purifier is about 7 months old and a major part has turned out to be faulty. The service technician took the part away for repairing, it's been 2 weeks and no update. On top of that he is extremely rude. The customer support is a joke. When I explained that my sr. citizen mother is living alone and its difficult for her to arrange for drinking water in a town, the chat rep just terminated the chat. There is no customer service. Everytime I contact them, I get a new ticket. I paid a premium for the purifier and bought only because of the brand expecting good after sales service. It just turned out to be pathetic. Stay away from this product and the brand.

Ordered this RO after reading many reviews.. Finally decided to buy this one. The delivery was super fast but the installation was lil slow as we waited for 4 days to get it done. If the pre filter is included in the package, it would be better. But we need to pay additional 1,400rs for filter and there is no receipt given for it. The ppm in our area is higher (1,300) so there is only a lil impact on the mineral taste which completely depends on your TDS. Storage is more than sufficient for a family of 4 since it auto fills if the tank level goes low.

Product is beautiful in design. Person from aquaguard team was very polite. Overall service and product is great.

It's a very good purifier for home use.Because we can use it's water for food and other utility activities also.Taste is good and performance is also upto the mark
