Attractive and Easy to Put Up
This gazebo is well worth the price! I did have a slight tear in one of the screens and it was replaced at no charge. I leave it zipped up at all times and the bottom stays down on my patio snug enough that we have not had one mosquito all year inside the gazebo. I have held several parties that fit in the gazebo. For instance, I have a propane fire pit in the middle of the patio, a follow reclining chaise lawn chair, a park bench that seats 3 adults, 3 patio chairs with matching side tables, a lighted tree, a box fan, and a 4’ table where we keep the buffet. We did add a couple of lawn chairs for one party and had to sit the 4’ table outside the gazebo. This gazebo was easy to set up and unfortunately, with Iowa winter fast approaching, I am going to take the gazebo down for the winter (hopefully winter will be short lived this year). I did string solar lights up in the gazebo and they added a nice tough in the evenings. This gazebo is one of my favorite outdoor features! The customer service was great when I discovered the screen tear, I was just asked to take a photograph and download it to the company. They apologized for the inconvenience and a box came with a new screen in it.NO COMPLAINTS about this gazebo or the customer service!

Good Value & Good Quality!
the reviews are right it is definitely not a one woman job, however, my husband helped a little just getting the legs pulled out & the poles pushed it up but that was it, the rest i was able to do on my own. it was about an hour to put together. it wasn’t hard necessarily the instructions are a bit vague which i think is what makes it feel hard to do but it isn’t. i like it so far! we have lots of wind & as of now it is doing well. will update once we have any storms! size is good, value for money is good in my opinion, it seems very sturdy.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
We ordered this in late July, hoping it could last until the end of the summer months or at least until the end of October. It did not. By August 16th, it was destroyed. We never had our tent through bad weather, no heavy rain storms (light fain sprinkles, this has been a dry summer). We had it weighed down and properly restrained and never really had any bad winds. It was on a corner situated cement patio at the back of my house. While setting it up, the first bar on the roof broke. It was so upsetting. And the metal was such a piece of thin, flimsy material, that it couldn't be fixed.By the 2nd week, the arms on the side that expand out began bending inwards and nothing we did would fix this. They did this on ALL four sides. It caused the entire top to stop sitting straight, and the warping of it then messed up the roof, causing 3 of the plastic "knees" to break, which meant there was no way for the roof to stay rigid, making it entirely worthless. The entire POS went in the garbage, which is where I'm certain they collected the materials for it from. Didn't even make it a complete month, such a disappointment.

Product (& Service) of Company Exemplary
I ordered the 11 x 11 Gazebo to enjoy our wonderful Autumn weather on our deck. It arrived within the scheduled dates, and just as an aside-was carefully packaged. When I had questions about the canopy and reached out to the customer service, I received prompt attention to my questions. The company stands behind its products, and they have a very courteous and professional staff. I will look to them in the future if I am purchasing a product they carry. The canopy material is very nice, both the lighter brown color and the thickness of the canvas. It comes with a nice netting which attaches to the frame, and sandbags if needed to hold it from moving in the breeze. There are zippered doors on every side of the gazebo, making it easy to position on my deck.I would like to have a better manual for setting up the gazebo, but it wasn't overly difficult to surmise how to set it up. (Hint: watch how you attach netting onto frame, make sure it is on the correct side)

Mid Canopy, looks great but not durable
Had the canopy set up for a few weeks. It looks great and held up to several rain showers with marginal wind. Last night we had an absolute gulleywasher and the canopy collapsed on itself and the structure got bent in several places. Ideally would have been best practice to take it down in anticipation of weather like that coming through, but it’s somewhat of a pain to get set up, which is why we didn’t take it down. I think it’s a good product that does its job well for what you pay. If you commit to taking it down when expecting severe weather, it’ll last a good while.

Great for the price!
The price range for an item of this quality is typically 30% higher in my opinion. The frame is srong enough for it's purpose, and for the last month has withstood the weather here being rain and wind thus far. With the anchor ropes supplied, stakes and even sand bags ( void of sand for obvious reasons ) it wont be going anywhere (assuming you correctly placed the stakes in the ground) some things are not always common knowledge. I am using the ropes and stakes, which I'd recommend. The sand bags are a good touch 👌 and if you have a big storm coming..take it down or use the sand bags and lower the legs ( dealers choice ). The material used is thick and does not let water through, however the SMALL metal ring holes are there, in my opinion they don't make a difference. The bars make a good spot to attach solar lights as I have done, again the quality is great for the price range and I have recommended this to a family member already.
