I've been an endurance athlete for over 30 years, and have the physical therapy bills to prove that I overdo it sometimes. Latest issue is horrible Cervical Radiculpathy (compressed nerve) causing pain & numbness in my left arm & hand from a hard bike ride in the drops while fighting a 30 mph headwind. Turns out my upper back left side is just a knotty mess of scar tissue and the muscles inflame regularly with rowing or aggressive road biking. I got tired of self massage with a tennis ball, because the ball slips and has to be readjusted regularly. I bought this on a whim after discussing it with my physical therapist, and WHOA!!!We are fortunate enough to have a French entry door downstairs in our workout room with nice thick glass, so no problem mounting it (you have to turn the top part relative to the base to engage the suction). I haven't tried the supplied decals, but they seem like nice thick plastic that probably will do the trick on drywall.The metal ball is a game changer for me when heated in a bowl of near boiling water (wear a tight shirt to avoid overheating your skin). The seller undersells the metal ball -- even though it is hollow, it is *oil filled* (!!!), so it retains heat for a long time. And with it stuck to the wall/glass, the long length of it away from the wall means you can really hit some places on your traps & lats that you can't with a tennis ball against the wall. I love it!The plastic ball is useless unless you use oil, as plastic-to-plastic contact isn't friction-free, so the ball sticks, which puts a lot of stress on the unit and pulls it away from the wall.I'd give it more stars if I could, but I'll likely go ahead and get another one just in case they are discontinued in the future. I'm the posterboy for buying something awesome to find later that it's been discontinued.

It is impossible to mount this junk! It’s not rocket science but every time I think it’s going to stick, it falls down. Worst design ever!

The mount didn’t adhere to any of the surfaces I applied it to. It comes with two patches to help it stick, but it still didn’t work well. Also, the ball pinched my skin as it rotated inside the mount when I used it manually to massage my kinks.

When you need a back/buttock massage, you can make it happen with this massager. It's great for those who do a lot lifting, dancing, and other various activities.

The suction cup is too hard and doesn't hold for long. Other than that, it is a decent quality for the price

I really needed this to stick to a wall to help myself with stressed muscles . It does not stay on adhesive pad. I did it exactly to directions. And it falls off immediately. Not happy I bought 2.

The balls that come with it seem to be of great quality and are cool looking. Many puns can be had while holding them and you will definitely have your friends laughing .

The suction is utterly useless. I used the plastic smooth decal for the wall and tried on a mirror. It will not stay up for more than a few seconds. Even putting it on the flor to roll under my foot the whole thing fell over. Returning it.

You can buy a massage roller that DOESN'T attach to the wall for about half the price ... GO with that one. I spent an extra 10+ dollars on this roller so I could attach it to the wall, but the suction doesn't work. Not on walls, not windows, not a fridge, not with the smooth sheets that come with the roller ... it DOES NOT WORK. You can't even lay it on the floor and try to use it that way; it doesn't even keep itself in place while trying that.Basically, this is a garbage product, and I highly recommend spending about half this price on a non-mountable roller instead, cause this one does NOT mount anyway.

I expected it to stick on the wall as seen on the picture but it doesn’t, I cannot use it. I want to return it

There suction doesn’t work at all. I tried it on a window, on their clear film, on wall and it won’t suction. Will return!

Will absolutely not stick to anything. Get what you pay for .
