I love this so much. The only problem is it doesn't suction very well. This is the first one I've come across that has actually helped me. My shoulder and neck pain is almost non existent after 20 years of severe pain. I haven't had a migraine since I started using this,and my sleep has improved. I absolutely recommend this.

I am so shocked at how great this is. Used to use a lacrosse ball which worked great but had it’s downsides. Would get stuck in my baby hairs when using on upper neck. This is smooth so no issue. With the lactossball every time you accidentally move too far from the wall it falls making it hard to get the perrrfect spot. The fact that this mounts AND swivels in place is just A+. And I wasn’t expecting this but this works really well as a hand hold massager, not something I normally use because not enough pressure. There is something about the smaller size of this that gets in there more than the normal which helps. But the ball is smaller than a la crosse ball. But I like it that way.Also colors are adorable as shown. And I know other people disagree, but I though this was tremendous affordable for how great it’s worked so yeah, I love it. Have already recommended to friends and family only had it a couple days (I guess I am hoping it holds up though)

It's small. I checked reviews after I purchased and knew it was going to be smaller than I expected. You also need to have a very smooth surface to put it on. The only surface it sticks to in my house is our front door lol (it's a rental and the walls are textured)It slid around a little while I was using it but it does the job. I can press on the knot with this harder than I can with my lacrosse ball.Overall I'm happy with it

Thought I could mount this to the tile or glass of my shower. But the suction isn't strong enough, maybe due to the moisture reducing its ability? Idk. I try to massage my shoulder neck with it, if it stayed in place I could move around and get the knots out of my shoulder blade area, but just slides out of the way when I try to move. Maybe for other uses it could work for you, but just thought I'd share that it's not worth it for that use.

I love this product. This product does exactly what it says it does. The suction cup works well on almost any normal interior wall in a house without leaving scuff marks. It has great quality for a reasonable price unlike it's competitors that sell theirs for $40 or more.

The suction didn’t work as well as I hoped. Kept falling off. Other then that it’s great.

I need a larger one but it does the job

This was a waste of money. It makes me skeptical of even the higher priced massage balls. The suction is horrible on any surface. It'll stick, but once you start moving around, then the whole thing moves and comes off the wall shortly after. There's too much fiction between the ball and the piece holding the ball in place. Thankfully, it was cheap because it's not even worth returning.
