If you have a SawStop cabinet saw, this its an essential addition if you are doing dados. The brakes work as advertised.

It's installed and hasn't been needed yet. Service was fast and efficient to get the part, no complaints.

Proprietary brake but works perfectly.
This item/brake is for the Sawstop table saw. I tripped the brake once and the system and brake works as promised by Sawstop.

Essential item for SawStop
Purchased after I somehow activated my original dado blade stop. Still don’t know why it activated. Price is same everywhere. Quality is same everywhere.
