Excellent!
Excellent red light therapy lamp! The build quality is very good, it's easy to use, and the light feels powerful and evenly distributed. I use it regularly to help me relax in the evening, support my recovery after workouts, and improve my overall well-being. It's become part of my daily routine, and I'm very happy with the results. Great value for the price and highly recommended!

Good Investment for Your Health and Wellness!
This comes in a good sturdy box and is easy to setup (and disassemble) to store. It comes with the cord, hanging wire, and blackout eye covers which is crucial since the light is very bright! The device itself is lightweight which makes it easy to move around, adjust height with hanging wire (or can just lean on something/hold), and a good size for body +looks sleek. The heat level is pretty moderate and warms up as you use it for longer durations. I generally use this about 2-3/week during my lymphatic drainage routine. I noticed that when I have used this before/during a sickness, my health improved slightly quicker vs. when my family didn’t use it.

Good product
I did a lot of research on types of lights and their benefits and compared a lot of products before purchasing anything. I chose this over all because it combines both red light and infrared red light all in one. It’s well made and high quality but also super light weight. I have it hanging from a small hook above my bed and can simply unplug it and carry it with me to another room. Sometimes I prop it up on a countertop. It’s very simple with no remote control. Just plug in and flip the switch on the cord. I can feel it working. I have a neurological condition and a little time under this does helps my shakes go away or lessen the larger uncontrolled movements. When I feel cold shivers and stand in front of this, I don’t feel warm but the shivering gone. My skin does look greater than before and this has become part of my morning and night time routine. I wish I bought this years ago and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in trying out infrared light therapy. This product also had the best price compared to other high quality products.

Awkward, but it seems to work well
Even in just one use, it seems to work well. I have chronic neck and low back pain from arthritis and even in one use (well, two technically, one use in each spot)... I felt a difference. The impending headache from the neck ache moved farther away. There are a few things that could be improved though. Awkward: It's just a panel and the hanging mechanism is awkward too, just some hooks and I guess they want me to stand up next to it. Well that limits usefulness. Also it's hard for me to stand up for 15 minutes. And my ceiling is no good for hanging things, so lying down isn't such a great idea. Plus ceiling hanging would make it too far away. I'd love to have bought one on a stand, but that's not very practical since they want more than double the price for a panel that's smaller than this one with a stand. I guess I'm going to DIY it like "James" did. Also, it doesn't sit nicely on a flat surface. It's not actually perfectly square. So it tends to fall forward. It's light so the power cord unbalances it if you touch it, then it slams forward. I'm probably going to glue a blank CD to the bottom of it to make it sit on a table without falling. Heat: It heats up in certain places so don't be tempted, like I was, to lean up against it while sitting down. I did that when working on my neck, and while the therapy session was successful, there was significant heat in a few spots and on the cord. It needs to have clearance to give off heat. It's IR after all. I guess that's proof it's not a fake device.

Great for healing your pets and yourself
I love using red light for so many things. I recently even bought red light bulbs for my lamps so at night I’m not using those bright subliminally flashing lightbulbs. The red light seems to help me get a better night sleep when I turn them on about an hour before I go to bed and turn off the white lightbulbs. This little panel I actually use for healing my pets. I had a German Shepherd mix that had hip dysplasia and I would put them under the red light after giving him a treatment and he would literally roll over and put his hip in the air a little so he could get a better hit with the red light. I also use red light for wrinkles. Helps sagging skin. Red light is just great I love red light!

May Do The Job For The Money
The light came as described. All of the lights seem to be working, though of course it's impossible to know about the near infra red ones since they are invisible, BUT...I have used this light multiple times for lower back pain, and felt significantly better afterward. My friend also used it for the same purpose and had the same results. I haven't had the light long enough to know if it works on skin - which is what I bought it for. My only major complaints...which is why this got 3 instead of 5 stars...are that there was an inch long crack in the plastic on the back of the light, and the instructions seem....inaccurate - it says to use the light for 25 min twice per day, and that you can put it right on your skin, but if this light is outputting what it claims, that would be way too many nms which would cancel out any benefits...to my best understanding that is. I will have to have a pro look at this light and tell me what exactly it's putting out and how often and for how long I should use it. The last thing is that it feels very light and the materials are cheap plastic. It makes me wonder how long the lights inside will last. I'm also concerned about the amount of emfs this thing is releasing - why I will never put it right on my skin! However, iF the instructions are correct, AND the lights last, and they work, then I would upgrade this to a 5 star for the simple reason that similar size pro lights are many times the price I paid for this one. So I have my fingers and toes crossed that this light will work for skin too and I will update my review as soon as I know!

I Bought My Wife a Sci-Fi Flashlight, and She Loves It
So, I decided to treat my wife to this red light LED therapy gadget because, apparently, red light is a thing now. Do I know what it does? Absolutely not. Does she love it? Absolutely yes. From what I can gather, this magical beam of red light is supposed to heal, rejuvenate, or maybe summon aliens—your guess is as good as mine. She shines it on her face, arms, and sometimes even her knees. I asked her what it’s doing, and she said, “It promotes collagen, reduces inflammation, and makes me glow.” Sounds like witchcraft, but okay. Meanwhile, I’ve been sitting here wondering if it doubles as a lightsaber or could cook bacon in a pinch. But hey, if she’s happy, I’m happy. Plus, it gives her that "I'm doing self-care" look, which means I can watch sports uninterrupted. Final verdict: 5 stars for the mystery magic light wand that makes her smile and keeps me out of trouble. Bonus points for how futuristic it looks—I feel like I bought her the starter kit for joining the Avengers.
