Good Quality Midi Cables.
Wanted to throw my opinion in here since most of the other reviews are from people who were expecting both ends to be identical and upset that they weren’t. Personally, I needed them to be reversed to connect from my loop switcher to a midi pedal. Worked great. Looks great. Low profile. Excellent quality.

Check the pins to see if they'll be a good match to your equipment.e
The ends plug in in such a way (on 3 different manufacturer's gear) that the cables point straight up in the air. I think this will become a point of failure down the road.

these cords rest vertically on devices with the midi on a side wall
These work great for Korg Volcas. Just be weary that each end goes into a different direction. One end has the five prongs away from the cord and the other has them on the same side. It would be nice if there was a left and right option as well.

Ends are point opposite directions
See the ending of these cables, they are reversed. All my switch boards, and every midi controlled unit/pedal/amp/keyboard I have ever seen, has multiple ends with the contacts in the same direction. These cables will leave one end aiming 90 degrees down, and the other 90 degrees straight up. These are totally useless for pedal boards for all the Eventide, Strymon, and Microdesginum equipment. It's useless on my piano, it's useless on my amps, and it's useless on all my switchers. I am having trouble imagining a use case for the ends to be oriented opposite. I have never seen equipment where this would be ideal.Leads sticking straight up is piss poor design and puts a huge strain on the wire. It looks stupid as hell and it's going to bend the cable badly, which is the complete opposite of why I even wanted angled cables in the first place. The quality is shoddy too. Plastic seams were so big that it hung over the metal plug on many of them and I had to cut it off before they could even be plugged into anything. The metal was all tarnished too, including the contacts, and deeded to be cleaned before their first use. This is one of the worst products I have bought in a while. I plan to replace 100% of them.

Ends point different directions.
Tried to get right angled jacks so I could use these on my pedal board. Since the jacks are different on both ends, I have one jack pointing up and one pointing down. Went back to using straight plugs, even though they take up more space.

Midi cables work great
I bought these cables to sync some of my effects pedals together as well as update firmware. They work great, no issues. I do wish that both plugs pointed down when plugged in to my pedals (or to the same side). One points down plugged in and the other points up...not a huge deal but would be nice to get it changed. Now if I was running a rack effects, the plug direction probably wouldn't bother me.

Not for your guitar pedals!
Great deal. But one side, the pins are on the top. The other side, the pins are on the bottom. Makes no sense. So stupid. I bought these for my pedalboard and my pedalboard needs to look as clean as possible. These won't make that happen.
