This grated parmesan cheese is good because my husband puts it on everything that he eats. It comes out of jar easily without making a big mess. It's not chunky or clumsy. It comes in a convenient size jars. It's a excellent product to eat and the cost is better than a store's price.

I purchased this on a whim... price was great. I was definitely surprised the taste was great. Wasn't saw dust texture I thought I'd be getting. Really has a good flavor.

I love the flavor of this cheese blend added to Risotto, but even just sprinkled over sauted veggies adds real pop to the taste buds! I find no clumpiness after refrigeration, it always arrives fresh, with plenty of time between expiration dates. I especially like the “two for” pricing available on Amazon. I meant to order just parmesan cheese but ordered this and the first taste was a bit odd; but I tried it again, and have used it since. I think it tastes better than plain parmesan
