Pan warped
Worked well for making paella for a crowd. The pan however, warped under the heat from the unit, making even browning of my chicken difficult. I tested the levelness on my driveway prior to heating up the pan to ensure it was correct, however after the application of the heat, I was left with warping. I like the burner very much regardless. In the future I will have to source a different pan for the application at hand.

Outstanding Product
This paella pan and burner is high quality. The workmanship is outstanding. If you are looking for a long lifespan, high quality paella setup to serve about 20, this is it. I have used the set 3 times and absolutely have had no issues or remorse. I have recommended this set to my family and friends.

As a spaniard based in the US, hands down, this is the best paella kit you can get out there (believe me, i made a ton of research). Simply amazing!
