Bacon Up Bacon Grease is actual, genuine bacon grease that is generated when our partner/supplier produces pre-cooked bacon and bacon bits for some of the country's largest and best known restaurants and retailers. It would be a shame to let something so precious go to waste! So we capture it, filter it three times to remove the bits of meat that can spoil, add a small amount of BHA -- an antioxidant that helps protect the flavor, and then package it as Bacon Up.
