Q: I am looking for a cover for my 2016 ktm 1290 super adventure, however the sizing tool says that this won't fit my bike.

It just fits my 2008 Ultra Classic.

Q: Will it fit 2017 indian chieftan

You may need a larger size. It fits my 2017 Scout perfectly, covering both wheels and sides all the way to the ground.

Q: Are these covers counterfeit? Latest batch of adventuring touring size is so much smaller than usual, no longer completely covers r1200gs w/cases...?

Not sure about other models but the cover I purchased fit nicely over my 2001 Fat Boy with beach bars. Looks like there was plenty of room for covering side bags if I had them.

Q: Will it fit a 2014 HD Street Glide?

That's a tough call David. I cover my Softail Heritage Classic with it and it's perfect. It'll be really close. I've covered it with my tall windshield on it and back rest for the passenger and saddlebags and it's not a problem. The Street Glide with the batwing and all might make it a close call. Search around a bit to see if there is a slightly bigger one, I'd think it'd be better to not risk it. You can always check the return policy on it. Hope that helps.
