Very durable
With cheaper pin punches I have found that the smaller sizes bend and deform easily when driving out stubborn things like a small roll pin or something, and the cheaper big punches seem to mushroom out on the end and need redressed all the time....Well, with mayhew, you get hardly NONE of that. These things are tough and high quality steel. I will not say that they cannot be deformed or need redressed, but they are miles ahead of other brands on abuse to failure point. They take an insane amount of abuse to damage, which comes down to user error. These are right up there as one of the top quality brands that a person can buy. I would highly recommend them.

Originally ordered Stanley FMHT75077 FatMax Punch Set, 6 Piece punch set. One punch arrived bent. I can only assume this happened in the shipping process. If they cannot survive the shipping process how will they hold up when being hit with a hammer? Returned them and decided to order the better quality Mayhew. Glad I did as these are professional quality tools that will do the job they were designed for. The old addage that "you get what you pay for" rings true, again.

Easily the equivalent of the Snap-On set they replaced.
These roll pin punches are very well made and a satisfactory replacement for the snap-On set stolen from my toolbox. They are a true value for the cost and have functioned very well in my shop. As a professional mechanic I would recommend them without hesitation! FIVE STARS!!!

Good For Everday use.
Good Standard set of Punchs. Work well the pouch is nice for storing them. Decent brand aswell

Long length makes driving out door hinge pins easier.

Very good quality
I bought a couple of Harbor freight sets and you can see and feel the difference. Very good quality. They are American made too. So pass on the cheaper harbor freight and buy these.

Great product
Mayhew punches are made in the USA not china. Have used another model of these same punches never had one break or chip. May cost a little more but worth the price!!
