UPDATE: Figured out the problem with our light and contacted Ohniyou. They are sending us a new receiver which makes me so happy since I love the lights and the fans generate so much airflow. They're perfect for our house. Bought two of these and loved the look and how they worked. Bought them in April 2024 for our seasonal cottage, they've only been used for a total of 6 months. One of the units the fan works but the lights don't and the other one flickers like other reviews have said, but not sure if it's because we have LED bulbs in it? We double checked the wiring everything is right on our end. After reading more reviews, I'm scared if I keep them they will start a fire, but of course the return window has passed.

Looks very nice in my room like vintage style Very easy to install, very beautiful. The fan is very nice and quiet My room looks beautiful with this addition. The instructions could have been better but not too difficult to understand. It has five lights so you may want to use lights that are not too bright. I ended up getting a smart bulb so I could dim it and change the white color and it worked really well. The fan is very powerful, I was pleasantly surprised. Overall this is a very good unit and I will probably buy again I love this fan! It's very cute and goes well with my room. Recommend this product to buy

Update: The customer service saw this review and sent me a new controller which has fixed all the issues. They checked in with me after I received it and followed up a few days later to make sure it worked PLUS they extended the warranty for another year. Sometimes things break, but customer service here was exceptional. Liked the design and the layout. Installed and added the Edison led bulbs. It’s been working great (fan really puts out a lot of air) for the past 10 months but has started dimming on and off. Some times it will blink on and off when I first turn it on and after it warms up (?) it gives a more consistent light. Flickers on and off during the day. I can almost walk completely across the room before the light comes on now after hitting the switch at the door. It’s almost like the remote unit is failing. Hopefully it will stop but not holding out a lot of hope…

if you’re not doing surgery, I suggest buying lower watt bulbs, as for the fan, I was used to a full sized fan , this fan works good , quiet but not going to push the same amount with the small blades, remote is nice. Unit looks good, solid , once its up you will wonder how your going to change the bulbs - there is room above the cage protector to fit them in. Also this fan offers good protection from kids throwing balls , planes and other flying objects, big plus there!

Anyone who steps in the room notices this awesome bold and elegant ceiling light and then they say, "wait, is that a fan?!" The fan indeed blows air and efficiently cools the room. I love everything about it. Having the remote is super convenient and so easy to install. Simply awesome light/fan fixture. It brings gorgeous aesthetics to the room. I wish they make the unit larger! I would definitely place it my great room. Just love it!

I guess when I bought this fan I thought it would last longer than a year and a half it does nothing

This was super easy to install and I've had it running for a couple of months now without any problems I would recommend this to anyone It's a great product. The fan is super quiet. This looks really cute in my home but I have a little farm style cottage house.

I upgraded the review to 5 stars. After posting the first review the company contacted me directly and made every effort to make sure that I was happy with this fan and they succeeded. I tried the trouble shooting ideas they provided but in the end they sent me a completely new fan. It took me no time at all to change it out. New we have a fan that is quite. We are very happy with the customer service and the end product. I recommend this product. Old review- “We like the look and how it lights up the room. The remote control is nice. The fan on speeds 3 and 4 makes a rattling noise but when we go to 5 it seems to go away.”
