At first I was skeptical…. I didn’t see results for about a month. Now, the plaque that was beginning to build up on my dogs teeth is 75% gone. So, you need patience when using this!

We have a smaller dog, Boston Terrier, and we have a really hard time getting her to let us brush her teeth. It's especially hard to get her back teeth. After adding this into her food, her breath has improved and it seems the plaque build up has lessened on her back teeth. She recently went to the vet and the vet looked at her teeth and was surprised at how good they looked and told us to keep doing what we're doing. My dog actually loves this powder, she gets it every morning and will not eat her food until I add it in. Will be purchasing again since it seems to be working!

Purchased this especially for our old lab who was showing a lot of plaque, but also for our other dogs. One of those other dogs is a less than a year old Havanese who had some doggy breath issues. I know little dogs tend towards dental issues, so I thought I'd try to prevent that in the future and hoped the breath issue would be dealt with now. I didn't expect it to work, but hoped it couldn't hurt. Nowadays there are so many products w/so many claims and most don't do anything except cost you money. Started slow, keeping the dosage way below what they said, and built up to about what is recommended. The dog breath issue (even w/the very tiny, and less than recommended dosage) seemed to get much better, but I was holding out to see what happened with the Lab. After a few months, I was shocked there was actually a difference. I didn't expect anything, really, but it did work. I didn't know how seaweed could do anything, but the results were there. When our old lab went to his vet visit this month, the vet said he didn't recommend a dental cleaning because the teeth were good for a dog his age. Finally a product that works. I'm ordering my next bottle.

i guess it is a good product, but our cats didn't like something about the taste or flavor... we passed it on to friends with less picky cats :-)

My dogs breath is horrible. He is a old man with this stuff I can now at least get close to him with out almost puking. Wonderful stuff use it 2xs a day.

Vet said my cat was healthy, but could use some plaque fighting solution of some sort. There was no way I was going to be able to spray something my cat's mouth, never mind get her to sit just there and let me brush her teeth. I assume this stuff works and she doesn't seem to mind having it mixed into her food. I'm on my second container and I'll see what the vet says next time I bring her in.

Plaque Vanish is a cheaper equivalent product to one my vet recommended to help keep my cat's teeth free of dental plaque. It seems to work fine. Just a pinch over the cat's food at least once a day seems to do the trick.
