Such an original book-I’m in love! I’ve never been a religious person myself but this book have changed the way I see religion.

Omg!🥵 Wow. This book might not be for everyone. I mean s€x inside a church?🙈 Though this book is very spicy and steamy. There is so much more to it . The book deals with so many things like fear, temptation, confusion, hope, love,jealousy ,empowerment,spirituality, forgiveness, and acceptance. Father Bell becomes a priest because of something very emotional and tragic that has happened in his past, though his parents aren't supportive of his decision to become a priest , he still goes ahead with it because he feels it's the right path for him. Poppy, a non Catholic woman, comes to him one day to confess some bad stuff she has done, and she awakens something in him. Poppy is a strong woman, she goes for what she wants and she is not apologetic about it. She is sensual, and she owns it. Should she seduce a priest ? I dono , maybe ?.🤣 Bell is constantly battling a war inside him. He is trying to resist temptation and do the right thing. He feels so guilty for all his actions, but at the same time he wants Poppy. He admires her. Sure there is physical attraction but he is also attracted to her mind and her strength. I loved this story , the romance and the steam❤️

Page quality is good

The cover it seems the book was used before. Also there are lots of scratches in the book. Does not seems like a new fresh book. Also I was waiting for this book for so long because of the rain delay I finally got the book and now I have to return it because the book is in a poor quality.

Priest: A love story. Ha! I wish. More like a f*** story but without any substance or worth or moral. I hate to be disappointed, I hate to be wrong and this proved to be a disappointment because I was wrong when I predicted while reading the synopsis that this might be an enjoyable read. That I predicted while reading all those reviews that this story was worth discovering. A forbidden love story, the promise of sins and confessions, I thought this has potential but then I found out that this is just another overly sexed up plot with overly sexed up leads, the female a character-less/masochist/doormat with a penchant for self-degradation and the male, a guy with pent up testosterone but without an outlet. The guy's a doormat too actually like how he was salivating over her but never paid an ounce of interest to what kind of person she was, how sex took priority over her own self-respect, how she was ruining everything he held sacred and how easily she could do this with another guy. The whole plot revolves around that and sex and that's it. That's all there is to it, no romance, no intrigue, no mystery, nothing. What a poor read!

Eu via trocentas pessoas mencionando esse livro e acabei não resistindo. E UAU...a hype é totalmente justificada. Esse livro é excelente. Apimentado, denso, história boa (apesar de previsível, mas quem lê esse tipo de livro não está esperando um final surpreendente mesmo).

Bless me Father Bell for I have sinned... and thought very dirty thoughts throughout this book! For me this was a story about a priest, a very hot priest, who struggles with things that to us are things that make us human but for him means he breaks his vows and struggles internally with what's right and wrong. It's also a powerful reminder that even though he made the decision to become a priest and take his vows, he is still very much human, with feelings, emotions and impulses. Any one who is religious or who has been a part of a faith such as The Catholics will understand that it is not always easy to stay loyal and true to you beliefs and you do at times feel like you are constantly being tested. Seeing Tyler struggle with his life and decisions makes you realise that underneath it all he is just as human as the rest of us. He makes mistakes like us, he wants happiness like us and he loves like us. Watching him change because of Poppy is extraordinary, the changes are subtle to begin with and they will melt your heart. This story also drives home how pure love is, in all its forms. Be it your love for God, your love for friends and family or your love for a significant other. Tyler is an extremely HOT man who's aloha side will have every woman worshipping at his alter! Sierra has done an amazing job writing this book. She has done it with truth and raw emotion, in a way that just makes you fall in love with her writing and story telling. This is a MUST read book!

4,5 in realtà. Il mio istinto non si sbaglia mai e sono davvero soddisfatta di questo acquisto. Un romanzo molto bello, tutt'altro che banale! I temi trattati sono forti per chi non ha mai letto nulla di simile, specialmente per chi è credente ma non si cade mai nel ridicolo, nel banale o nel superficiale; alcune scene le ho trovate un po' irreali, forse perché nella mia realtà non potrebbero mai accadere,ma a parte questo è un romanzo bello e interessante. Il finale è stato inaspettato per me perché pensavo in qualcosa di diverso ma ha un senso, Tyler fa un percorso di fede e di vita che lo porta a scegliere la sua vita e coerentemente con questa scelta (ragionata) agisce. Belli i cambi di POV che comunque non mettono in secondo piano il vero protagonista della storia, cioè Tyler; belle le riflessioni che uno può trarne e le scene erotiche soddisfano gli amanti del genere e condiscono una storia interessante anche senza (non troppe e che hanno "un senso"). Una parola: consigliato!

Father Bell & Poppy know that they are treading on very dangerous grounds. They know that they shouldn't be even thinking the things they are let alone act on them. Their feelings have catapulted far beyond rational thinking. Once they go forward there will be no turning back. Will the risk be too great? "I was sorry that I hadn't controlled my desire long enough to step into a cold shower or go for a run or any of the other tricks I'd learned over the past three years to stifle my urges. Mostly... Mostly, I'm sorry that I'm not sorry. Dammit, I wasn't sorry at all." This book will keep you wanting more. you will probably wish that you could read it for the first time again. I know I sure do!! This book surpassed all of my expectations!!!
