Great mats! will totally recommend. The 3 of them hold one batch of my macaron recipe. Making approximately 30-36 macarons. I recommend piping inside the inner circle, don't let the batter touch the edge of the inner circle as you pipe. If you mixed correctly they will spread a little bit when you smack the tray against the counter and that's when they'll reach the inner circle edge. Anything bigger than that I think would be too large of a macaron.

I love these. The circles for macarons are perfect. It has definitely helped with uniformity. I did roast vegetables with spices and I stained one yellow with curry powder. That's on me. So I keep one sheet for veggies and two for macarons. They're easy to wash and they roll up nice and tight for easy storage.

I have been making macarons for almost three years, and these have been amazing. I hate using tons of parchment paper. These save me from that, and they come with the handy guide marks so my cookies are much more consistent than if I go by eye.There has been a bit of discoloration, but they are as nonstick as ever.

I use these baking mats for my Macaron baking and cookies. They are great! Great thickness, size is perfect for 1/2 sheets and color is very cute.

So... I never ever write reviews but this product made my day!!! For macaron bakers you understand baking and having them stick to the mat...frustrating. With this product my macarons didn't stick! So Happy!

My macarons have never looked worse! I baked over 200 shells today thinking it was my recipe flopping! Nope, it was these making them bake uneven and crooked. I’ll just stick to parchment from now on.
