I love Silpat
Nothing sticks and the pan is sturdy. I always put them on a baking sheet of course. No bad smells. I think oils sort of stick to them but easily fixed. Much better than the average box store silicone pans.

Paid for new got used
This is a great product, but I paid for new and got a used product with cosmetic imperfections. How do I know it was used? There was leftover residue of what they made and hair in the box. Kinda gross. The product itself is fantastic, but it seems like Amazon is getting imperfect molds so definitely check yours.
