I only take one a day for maintenance. I notice after 2 or 3 days when I haven't taking it...I like to do a reset every so often. It is great for my stomach lining. Everybody is different, this one works for me. I've been using for 2 years.

Is this worth the price tag? I’m not sure, but I’ve bought it 3x already hoping it’s helping. It tastes great and is supposed to help boost your immune system. I drink it each morning and haven’t been sick for awhile. The company is a great company and I buy my probiotics from them so I’m assuming this powder drink is the same excellent quality. I trust the brand name and the drink tastes good.

This is a very good product along with their other products for gut health.

I bought this to help heal my gastritis. It seemed to make it worse. Then I noticed it contains both citric and malic acid. Both very acidic; both terrible for inflamed stomach mucosa. You’d think a product made to sooth and heal inflamed, damaged mucosa would factor that in… crazy.What’s worse, the main pictures for the product do not show these two on the ingredients list. It looks like those pictures are for a different product as it mentions a capsule, and this is obviously just powder.So not only is this not at all suitable for damaged stomach mucosa, but they also falsely advertise.TLDR: I definitely do not recommend purchasing this product. Perhaps in the future they’ll make a version without the ultra acidic additive garbage?

My daughter and I really enjoy this. My boys do not like the taste or smell.My daughter likes it in smoothies and I enjoy it in water or mixed with LMNT.

Weird taste. Didn’t really notice anything.
