Q: How long does the air topper take to totally recycle itself ? 10 to 12 minutes for the recycle of the topper ? I know others that take that long.....

This item is not worth considering. Very uncomfortable. Stiff and hard like sleeping on old tires. Take a pass on this one

Q: Is there any problem with reversing the head and foot of the matress?

The head is clearly marked with an outline.

Q: The dimensions that you give for the regular hospital bed would it fit a bariatric bed?

Just fits a standard hospital bed. I don't know the size of a bariatric bed. Hope this helps.
