This stuff is AMAZING. I am in LOVE. I will never again gauge my ears without this. At first I thought, "Why buy this one? There are much cheaper types out there." (I know this isn't expensive but c'mon, we're all looking for a bargain!) So I found a couple of different types but this stretching balm had the best reviews by far - I always trust the reviews.So I bought it.I am seriously amazed by what this stuff can do. I have always stretched my ears, technically "dry" before I bought this, and it doesn't feel great. After a hot shower, I would push in a new size and I had to push and push and it would usually tear and bleed and throb for days afterward. Not fun at all. They say that if you stretch it improperly, it will never heal or be able to shrink back to the small size. And I like to go back and forth from regular sized earrings to a double zero gauge - so it's important to me that my holes will shrink back.ANYWAY. I bought this stuff and freaked out. I lathered my ears up with it and, like a freaking miracle, the gauges slipped right into my ear! I had just tried one size up, the DAY before and it hurt so badly that I couldn't even get them in. For some reason, when you use this stuff, you ears just take it! The next size up went into my ear, very easily, no pushing, no bleeding, no tearing, no throbbing! I was SHOCKED. It was so incredible! I actually can't wait to go up another size! I am so excited because it's EASY to stretch my ears now!Don't think about it anymore, just BUY IT. This stuff is miraculous. You will not regret this purchase.

Never have I ever gauged my ears with ease. Didn’t believe the reviews so obviously I bought it to try it 🤣🤣 so glad I did! It’s perfection 2 sizes up in 2 weeks. 2 more to go. No throbbing ripping pain AT ALL

Works great, smells delightful. It will last me forever! Worth the price for sure. Barely glide your finger over the surface of the balm and you're good to go. I've been using it for a few weeks going on a month now every day and it makes my ears soft and moisturized and I've barely used any at all. It's been helpful combined with massage to reverse my old and already healed slight blowouts. It's great for daily use. I take my tunnels out in the shower and let them bare for about ten to fifteen minutes after getting out, and gauge gear makes it a simple swift movement putting the tunnels back and seems to be aiding in thickening my lobes from previous damage. Gauge gear is great for slow stretching because you can use it for daily upkeep and maintenance without spending an absolute fortune. The quantity is deceiving in the best way. It may not look like you're getting much for your money, but it lasts forever! Others complained that it left a grease or a "film" on their ears in negative reviews, but I've found this only really happens when you use more than needed (which isn't much) and that even so, it is only like that because it absorbs into your lobes more slowly, which for me is no problem because the results are beautiful! I will be buying gauge gear again. c:

this stuff is the bestttt!!! it melts right into your fingers and is perfect for healing and moisturizing while stretching piercings. got me from a 14g to 10g in less than a month with no pain. it’s worked super well and i use it every day! way less mess than pouring the actual oil and lasts a long time. will definitely be buying again!!

Works really well, does not smell bad. Sized up 3-4 times in less than 1 month... i know...not very smart, but it was not painful. Will be buying again because I ran out.

I just sized up using this balm. I will say it wasn’t painless like others are saying (although I do have a low pain tolerance) but it was significantly easier to stretch them in the past. I went from a 4mm to a 5mm in one session with little pain. It was crazy way, the first just slipped in & I felt pain afterwards whereas the other one took a little pushing but not much. This will now be my go to balm for stretching. Get it! I promise it works!

I've had this for awhile now and was waiting to have used it a few times before I put my two cents in.I tried using Jojoba Oil and Vitamin E to stretch up, but it just flat out didn't work. This works like a charm. When using Gauge Gear to stretch, I have absolutely NO problems getting the new tapers and tunnels in. Anything else just doesn't work.In between stretches, though, the only difference between this and Jojoba Oil or Vitamin E is that this seems to stay greasy longer. The other two seem to absorb much quicker. With long hair, the greasiness bothers me a little, but it's not necessarily a big enough drawback to stop using it.Other reviewers have mentioned that it helps with irritation and ear cheese, so I intend to try using it in between stretches and see how that works for me (I had no idea the maintenance involved with stretched ears! Wow!). Some other reviewers also mentioned the scent, but I kind of like it.Since it makes the actual stretching of my ears so much easier (the tapers just slide right through, no problems) when I use it, I would definitely recommend it for that reason alone. And in between stretches or once I get to my goal size (currently 6g, going for 00g), anything that helps reduce ear cheese and helps keep my lobes moisturized and healthy, I'm all for.

The media could not be loaded. After years of having stretched ears, I have experienced blowouts. I had one about a year ago which made me end up taking out my plugs for the length of that time. I was not sure if I wanted to even wear gauges again after going through the blow up but I decided flair would be nice again, but since I had not wore gauges for year they shrunk a bit especially the ear with the blowout. This balm came in clutch, I bought a taper kit and used the balm to re stretch my ear and bam like butter it worked like a charm. My ear had closed down to a 4 and now I am back to a 0, not much a jump but the pain the blowout caused made me really not want to come back to gauges but this balm took the sting away from the stretching and the healing was sped up big time. Great product 5 out of 5!
