I purchased this as a gift for my father. Little did I know I’d be the one getting the most out of it. Later on I had an issue with my car that the battery would be drained almost every time I started my car.As I prolonged purchasing a new battery due to financial reasons, this starter was always able to get my car started. It has yet to fail me. The additional features, such as air pump and power output, is also nice to have in case you need it (I have yet to need/use it). Worst $170 I've ever spent. Compressor barely works and when it does it takes forever to fill up a single tire. You need an extension cord to ever charge the thing, and the battery on it doesn't hold a charge. The only time I've ever got any use out of this thing was when I forgot an car charger on a camping trip but had a block still. The battery was drained on it from literally no use, so I had to hook it up to my truck and waste gas for 30+ minutes. This thing sucks, and is just one step above having nothing.

I like Craftsman products for the money. This works good, no problems.

4 stars because first and foremost it's a jump starter so when using the air compressor it will stop at a certain point to cool down and you wont be able to continue using it for several minutes. Otherwise its a good product for worksites

Does exactly what it is advertised to do. Very nice unit. Due to MFR reputation expect it to be good for years.

I tried to use this twice and it immediately lost its charge. A year later, it won’t charge at all. I left a bad review of this on another site. Craftsman reached out right away. They outsourced this product line to another company, which explains the poor quality. Said company emailed me but then never responded to my reply
