Worked for my needs
This fit my fuel water separator on my 2013 DD15. It's not a Davco part though. It is Automann. That's why I'm only giving 3 stars.

Buyer beware not genuine Davco
Ordered what I thought would be a Davco part and ended up receiving cheap Automann knock offs that cost $6 bucks elsewhere. Look at something different if you want quality.

fit on my DD15
I don't understand why Freightliner continures to use the plastic cap that breaks all the slots when they age they don't use these caps as standard.
