Like anything that comes straight out of a package, there was a smell and the tassels looked really smooshed. I like to wash and iron my curtains prior to hanging and was able to wash these on hand wash/cold cycle in my machine and then dry on the lowest heat setting - knowing there would be some shrinkage in length which I wanted. I would say they shrank about 2" in length so if you don't want that to happen air dry them. They were very easy to iron, and the tassels fluffed up and looked much better and the smell went away. I paired them with Popular Handicrafts Mandala curtains (which are also very nice and match great). I needed semi-sheer to help lighten up a dark living room and these do that while offering the perfect amount of privacy as well.

These curtains are really nice. They were initially too long but since they are 100% cotton I washed and dried them and they shrunk at least 5inches which was perfect for me, but something one would need to know before buying. They do provide some privacy but not completely.

I redone my room. Thinking I would use it at the Window or the wall. I used this product in"A Different Way". I covered the desk in my room and turn the curtain upside down so the pattern would drape down. It's very nice. Now my desk blends right with the rooms decor and hides what's under the desk. (Books and papers in a crate).

Beautiful quality and style. Easy to put up with a standard rod.The design comes down all the way down the sides which I had not expected and was a nice touch.Recommend.

Super wrinkly out of the bag and smelled VERY chemically. The pattern is faded looking, and they’re pretty sheer. They feel very cheap as well, like scratchy linen material. For the price I won’t complain too much

I really liked them, especially hanged, they look better in person. I do recommend these curtains.
